Do you only ship within Canada?
No. We ship across Canada and to the United States. All cross-border orders include the correct customs paperwork to ensure smooth delivery and our Shipping Policy found here.
Will I be charged tariffs shipping to the United States?
No. We ship from Canada and ensure all customs are cleared to avoid tariffs or duties.
Are prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD)?
Yes. We are a Canadian company and all prices are in CAD. Unless you shop on our U.S. website www.mappingnetwork.us.
What is the average shipping time?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation and tracking.
Do you offer combined shipping?
No. Orders placed separately are shipped separately. No refunds for multiple shipping fees. Please read our Shipping Policy found here.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You will need approval and an RMA number. Please read our Refund Policy found here.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Yes. Purchases made with cryptocurrency are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made with these payment methods. Discount codes are available if you pay with cryptocurrency.
Do you offer backorders?
No. We will not be offering any Backorders for consumers. This means if you are able to place an order today it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Note: There are exceptions to this rule and are clearly stated on the product page.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Pre-orders are different then backorders and we only offer them for bulk purchases.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are most commonly cancelled for being flagged for fraud or exceeding ordering limits. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What is a Data-Only Helium Hotspot?
Data-Only Helium Hotspot is a variation of Helium Hotspots that can participate on the Helium Network by transferring data from the end devices (LoRaWAN nodes). They are eligible for Network Data Transfer Rewards but not Proof of Coverage Rewards.

Should I have a Lightning Arrestor?
Yes. When using an outdoor antenna, please consider installing surge protection devices on the antenna and/or ethernet cables. Even the electrical field of a nearby lightning strike can destroy all connected equipment (also inside the building).
When will things be Restocked?
Due to global shortages supplies have been limited. Please contact us directly to get an ETA.
